Dr. Wiggins was great, helping with my concerns, he answered my questions with lingo I could understand. His office assistant Jen is amazing! She is very organized and keeps her clinic running well.

The reason for such a low rating is because the receptionist Jenny cancelled the appointment and rescheduled it for 3 weeks away. Extenuating circumstances delayed the arrival of the appointment start the by 5-10 min. For a scheduled half hour appointment. Apparently Dr. Wiggins runs on an exact schedule that is not acceptable to be deviated from. Extenuating circumstances, in emergency till 1230am. Newborn and first child so still figuring everything out, colic baby and little sleep all contributed to 5-10 min delay in scheduled appointment. Jenny the receptionist didn't care for excuses. When a specialist appointment is required to get something done every delay only prolongs the problems and symptoms and severity of it all. Ridiculous that it had to come to this.

I was very pleased with my recent colonoscopy. Everything about it was handled professionally and Dr. Wiggins demeanor was pleasant when I first met him, which helped put me at ease, and his bedside manner equally so. I felt confident I was in good hands. I would like to thank both the good Doctor and his very capable assistant.

I was referred to Dr. Wiggins after my diagnosis of breast cancer. I could not have asked for a more compassionate and caring doctor. During my journey, he was always available for me and went out of his way to make sure I got the right care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And his receptionist Jenny is an angel.

i was referred for hemorriod removal, he upsold to include a colonoscopy...........day of surgery he only did colonoscopy. he forgot to do the hemorrhoid removal. from the initial appt to to hospital room, he never reviewed my chart. had the nerve to tell me he forgot due to hubris....What did his ego have to do with looking at my chart, scheduling the proper procedures. he said hubris meant "to err is human"......maybe he should have a dictionary handy as well! he was distracted at our consult and flubbed it the minute i left his office. he would have found the error if he had looked at his notes, my chart even oncebefore he put me under! i find his lak of attention to details and his patients appalling.

This individual cancelled my mother's life saving cancer surgery at the last minute after receiving a written complaint regarding credible allegations of corruption within Fraser Health. Specifically, regarding alleged senior abuse by Chilliwack Home Health and Chilliwack General Hospital staff. I cannot recommend a person who puts the best interests of his employer before his patients.

Dr. Wiggins saved my life from falling prey to an undetected aggressive colon cancer, that had escaped yearly checkups, which unfortunately don't include an annual colonoscopy. Not only did he courageously and expansively remove all cancerous tissues, but even more provided for mental support during my hospital days and beyond. Dr. Wiggins each day was the first to appear at my bed in the 4th floor of the Chilliwack hospital and discussed the steady progress of my healing body. His most prominent skill is compassionately listening to you. And then leaving you with the certitude that you are in best possible hands and everything will be ok. Thank you, thank you so much.

Dr Wiggins is hands down the most compassionate surgeon you’ll ever meet. I’ve been operated on by him more than once and he has been my moms surgeon through 3x breast cancer. He’s meticulous, kind, thorough, informative, gentle and everything in between. His staff (Jenny) always go above and beyond. She’s kind in her interactions and so so so sweet. Thank you for saving my moms life and taking such amazing care of both myself and my mom ❤️
