He revoked the scheduled life saving Cancer surgery for my mother after he was notified that I filed a formal written complaint against some of his senior Fraser Health associates. He indicated that he'd changed his mind after receiving direct guidance from the Fraser Health President and CEO. He notified us hours later of the cancellation and proceeded to laugh in the face of a dying woman and her family in his office with multiple witnesses present. This was our experience with him.

This low rating is for his admin staff Jenny. This women has no business interacting with patients as she has a very rude, a matter-of-fact attitude. My family Dr referred me to them however, I never received an email confirmation with all the pertinent appoint information such as date, time, location due to an administration error on my email. I received it a week after my appointment and saw that it clearly indicated that I was supposed to call to confirm a week prior or the appointment would be automatically cancelled. How could the appointment even take place based on their own policy?! Yet after explaining their own policies to Jenny, she continued to berate me over the fact that the Dr waited an hour at the hospital as I did not show up. I then asked why did you not even try contacting me and she had the audacity to tell me that its was not their policy to call me and she should not have to remind me as she was not a babysitter. Unbelievable attitude and did not take any accountability to their screw up. Despite all this I asked if I could re-schedule with Dr Wiggins and she actually told me that "Dr Wiggins does not re-schedule with patients who miss their appointments" This Dr needs to evaluate his representatives, Stat. ZERO STARS!

I was operated on by Dr.Wiggins. The surgery went well, but I needed to see a surgeon in Vancouver due to a rare liver issue. With Covid and long waiting lists, it took me almost a year to see the surgeon in Vancouver. Dr.Wiggins kept me as his patient and checked on me every week to make sure I was doing well. He also advocated to get me the help I needed. There are not enough words to express my appreciation to Dr.Wiggins!! He is knowledgeable and extremely caring and compassionate!! His receptionist Jenny deserves 5 stars as well!!

I believe Dr. Wiggins saved my mother's life. What started out as a routine removal of a tumor in her colon, she unfortunately developed many unforseen complications which kept her in the hospital for 3 months. Dr Wiggins always kept a very close eye on her and went above and beyond to make my sister and I feel at ease. The care and concern he showed for us was always reassuring. Not sure what we would've done without his support. And to his receptionist Jenny as well, our concerns were always taken seriously and she always did her best to address them in an extremely timely manner. Dr Wiggins and Jenny we can't thank you enough!

Dr. Christo Wiggins was so professional and kind. Because of Covid-19, we had a phone consult, so I only met him the day of my colonoscopy. He was very caring and explained everthing to me before and after the procedure. I was impressed. I would totally recommend Dr. Wiggins!
Thank you Dr. Wiggins.

I wouldn’t even give this Doctor 1 star. He misdiagnosed me. His poor judgment and false diagnoses, almost caused me ,my life. He kept telling me that the tumour I had was “ Calcifications from breast-feeding“ It took 3 years to finally get an autopsy, by then, the cancer had spread to my lymph nodes. He made me wait two weeks for the results and told me with a smirk on his face that I had a very aggressive cancer and it would spread quickly because of my young age. It took him 3 years to figure it out! He had no right to tell anything about the type of cancer I had ( he tried) , he’s not an oncologist. He’s just a GENERAL surgeon.
