My experience couldn't have been better all the way around. Perhaps I was just grateful to see someone who had some answers and a wellness plan for me.

Am switching doctors. Staff and nurse very unhelpful. Given wrong prescription 3 times. Given prescription with dangerous interactions - thank goodness CVS got it before giving it to me. Always wait at least an hour before being called back to room. Want to see you and have to pay office visit for EVERY LITTLE THING - even if you just saw them a few days before for the exact same illness and it's a follow-up questions.

My family ahs been going to Dr. burke for over 20 years. He is easy to talk to and takes the time to answer all questions. He PA is very helpfl and easy to see on a call in basis that day.

My family and I have been going to this clinic for 3 years and we have NEVER had any problems. If you want to see the Doc, all you have to do is ask for an appt with him and they will gladly schedule you with him. You may have to wait a day to see him, unless it's an emergency. However, most times you don't need to see him and the nurse can easily provide quality care. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Poor attention to patient care. You are lucky if you see the actual doctor. Do not go if you want personalized care and a doctor who is interested in understanding your medical needs/requirements. Not a bad place if you need very superficial care (cold, not feeling well, flu-like, etc) but not a good place if you need your care managed, RX refills, etc.

When calling, be sure you word your insurance questions carefully. Specifically ask if they are "in network." On the phone, I was emphatically told they accepted my insurance and not until my insurance denied payment did they explain they aren't in network. The billing department was very rude and refused to hear complaints about this office policy. I informed Dr. Burke that I felt misled and he defended the way his staff answers insurance questions. On another occasion, the staff was extremely unhelpful regarding questions about lab work even though the office visit was very recent. They want you to come back in for any and all questions. I also have a family member who received the wrong injection by a nurse. On this occasion, we received an apology. We have had no problem with Dr. Burke's care; however, in our experience, the staff has been routinely rude and unhelpful and on the one occasion, incompetent. Our opinion is that this office is not worth the aggravation.

Dr. Burke's office is way too busy to provide proper personal care. I am switching doctors to get a more personal touch. I don't recommend.
