Dr. Levy is the most thorough doctor I've ever seen. He prepares a report for each visit. His thoroughness is one reason that I don't mind waiting because I know I will have his full attention. However, I'm looking for a new doctor because his office has limited hours that they answer the phone, don't offer a way to leave messages, and don't call back when you send a FAX saying, "Please call me". I have brought this to Dr. Levy's attention and he doesn't make any changes. Maybe he's that good that he can afford to operate his business this way.
