Doctor Rosenberg is a good doctor. His staff however are another story. Both myself and my husband had rude and incompetent conversations with his office worker Marla. Marla didn't know how to communicate and went on about being a registered medical assistant. She argued with me before passing e off to her co worker Rhonda who was also rude. They spoke to both of us rudely and went on abotu how Marla had told her I was being difficult. I was asking for lab results. They had them for a few days and had not bothered to call or follow up. I have not had to deal with such rough and uneducated characters at a medical office before. Dr. Rosenberg should do himself a favor and hire polite people who can professionally represent his hard work . Rhonda and Marla do not have good people skills and or technical knowledge.
