Dr Ahmed fixed a re-occuring labrum injury I had for 20 years. This was back in 1991. I have seen him recently for a Dept. Of labor injury (2017) and I feel I am in good hands once again.

I had a total knee replacement, after the pain got worse the Dr. said he should operate again,I developed scar tissue and was in pain 24/7. He then operated on shoulder and said forget about redoing knee surgery,it might get worse than 1st surgery,he was undecided about what to do for knee and ordered vicodin and muscle relaxer,I am disappointed with results of knee replacement. Also head staff very unfriendly, and I sat there for 4 hours waiting for dr to get back from hospital. Med ASST. ONLY KIND PERSON THERE.

This guy didn't give a damn at all about my situation. He was always in a rush to get out of the room, and never had any sympathy. I went to him because my insurance provider referred me to him. He got me an MRI for lower back pain, and found I had 3 herniated discs. He gave me Vicodin for about 2 months, and then discharged me as his patient leaving me with nothing but a suggestion to find a pain management doctor. After I told him that I was unable to move, lift my 3 year old son (I am a single mom), or function in the pain I was in, he accused me of trying to just get pain medications from him and said, "people break bones, and I fix them. I do not give out pills". Total a-hole. I can't get out of bed in the morning and I'm having horrible problems finding a pain management dr. in Toms River. I have nothing but Advil to work with, and that isn't anything when it comes to herniated discs. I'm allergic to the epidural injections, also. He sucks.

Nice man, seems to be knowledgable. Kimball radiologists said I had a slight fracture but the Doctor did not see it. Did not put my leg in a cast and I am thankful for that. Bring along a good novel, you will be waiting a very long time for the doctor!

i find dr ahmed to be kind and so is his staff. he operated on me 5 times 3 on my knees and both knees had total knee replacements. he also repaired my shoulder and hand. he was so kind and caring in the operating room and then in the hospital itself when making his rounds. i love dr ahmed and recommended him to my mother and grandmother. my grandma fell and broke her hip in my yard and couldn't be moved. so i called his service and at that time she wasn;t a patient i was and within 5 minutes he called back and seen her in the hospital the next day. he operated on her and today she in fine at 92 years old. i would highly recommend him
