I was hung up on by the receptionist who tried to argue with me about the sequence of events, very unprofessional. Dr Radu has terrible bedside manner and does not listen to my concerns.

My daughter is a challenged young adult that aged out of her Peiatrician and followed up with Dr Radu. At first Dr Radu was kind of rude but she softened after a few visits and things were fine until about 2 yrs or so ago when she moved to other office and got new staff...They are all rude and condenscending and because my challenged daughter made a appt without my knowledge and she missed that appt they dismissed her as a patient...I'm very upset that they would dismiss a young struggling adult and acted like they could care less.

Awful. Misdiagnosed me, didn't send me for tests that would have helped me, wouldn't prescribe me my asthma medication that I need, because it took too much time, dropped me out of nowhere

Love Dr Mary Radu. She is always on top of very illness or problem you have. It took me a little while to connect with her but now that I have I would never give her up!

I did not meet dr. mary radu of merritt island because here office would not give me an appointment even though they said they take staywell insurance when I showed them my insurance card. the staff was mixed in there expression but one white lady was so cold and and steared at me like I was a bug to kill ( it was so weired). I feel as if they were discriminating racially. I mean like I have the insurance card right , and its a brand new card right and they see it and read it, and it has the doctors name on the insurance card . so every one I talk to says sue them. anyway this is the second time in a row I have been refused service by doctors in merritt island, fl and with a third refusing service about 4 years ago . I admit I never met the dr. mary radu but from the treatment I got in her office I don't think I want to.

She is the worst doctor I have encountered. Not only does her staff not know what they are doing but they know none of her "rules". She was by far the rudest and uncaring individual I have ever met. My mother-in-law saw her for years and when her insurance changed last year she had to find a new doctor. I spent six months trying to fix her insurance so mom could go back to her and after scheduling an appointment that was six weeks out were finally hey in to see her and she tells is she doesn't accept that have been "dropped" by her practice. So..... I thru all this hassle to get my mother back in to her office and she denied service to her. She is rude, disrespectful and disorganized. Her office looks like something from a horror movie from the seventies and she looks like the main character. I was told by many people including other family members not to go to her but my mother insisted that she felt better when she was under her care than she does now so I did what I had to do to get her in to see her including paying out pocket just for my mother to leave there in tears for all the time and effort wasted. I recommend if you are assigned to her to change it fast before it's too late and you stuck with her.

She is very disrespectful, rude and has no communication skills in her office. She was a total waste of my time and upset my mother that had seen her for years and told her she would not accept her back as a patient after we spent months trying to fix her insurance so my mother could go back to her. She had told my mother that If we got an insurance plan that she accepts that she would LOVE to have her back as a patient,so we went thru a lot of loop holes to get an insurance her office accepts, waited a month to get an appointment just to be told she won't accept her back. She is quite a few harsh words I can not use on here.

I will NEVER go back to this woman, she is rude and doesn't really know what she is doing. Prescribing medications and then making you just stop taking them, when your not supposed to just stop taking them, your supposed to wean yourself off of them. She thinks that's alright to do. The staff is just as bad. She needs her license taken away!

Worse dr I ever had long wait1-2 hrs. Misdiagnose. Doesn't stay in contact with dr she refers you to. Rude doesn't let u talk . Wife almost died do to her misdiagnoses. 😖😖😖
