I would never go to this doctor again. She shares other patient's info with you and blurts out your personal info for all the waiting room to hear so unprofessional and against HIPAA!!

I needed a PCP because my PA had been demoted from patient care. What a nightmare. I have severe debilitating conditions that limit my ability to ride in a vehicle for any distance. She completely ignored my pleas that I can't run around to other specialists than I had already seen for my diagnoses but she said I had been 'misdiagnosed' so she wouldn't give me my maintenance meds. (Not opiates) Then she showed me an article on her computer & told me I didn't have it so she wouldn't give me meds for what I DO have because SHE didn't think that condition existed! huh?
All in all I ended up walking out of her room & so far I have not been able to recuperate from that 1 horrible ordeal. There was more but when I got a copy of my medical records I discovered she had lied about much of what went on making herself look like the good guy & me a psycho. This woman has some serious issues.

ALL I CAN SAY IS MY EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE; I COULDN'T BELIEVE I WAS BEING TREATED SO BADLY BY A SO-CALLED PROFESSIONAL.

I generally do not comment on professionals in this setting; howvever, my experience so closely mirrored the negative experiences reflected below that she was not just having a bad day.

Agreed on all counts to her shortcomings: She does not listen and constantly cuts you off mid-sentence. It is almost as if she is in a rambling, run-on thought that keeps firing just as I started to speak. I finally just let her ramble and finish, and when I brought up what was actually wrong, boom, she started interrupting again. This, when added to the complete lack of eye contact, was strange, to say the least.

But, I figured, perhaps she is just uncomfortable with people or was having a bad day.

Unfortunately, her client care and addressing my issue was even worse - more damning than those interpersonal quirks. She did not address my pain issue nor explain why she could not address it. Thus, I paid my co-pay for nothing, really. The experience was so bad that I changed her as my general care doctor that very day.

Again, these sites can be unfair to professionals because every person can have a bad day, and mostly those with negative experiences will write. Yet, my experience was so bad and matches others that I think Dr. Lindstrom really may need to assess her work product. We have choices in medical professionals, so their practices need to be cognizant of the same issues any business faces: How can we best help the client? She failed on all accounts.

Worst doctor I've ever seen. I wish I could give her a zero. I have a diagnosed auto immune disease and a strong family history of heart disease and thyroid disease. My hair is fling out in clumps and she insisted I just have anxiety. She told me I had anxiety before I even said a word. She stated that because I'm 30 and I look fine to her, I have anxiety. When I asked her if anxiety cause bald circles all over your head and swelling in the legs she stated no. But still refused a referral to a specialist. She kept waving her hand at me and cutting me off when I was trying to answer her questions. I began to cry and that added to her little ego boost that I have anxiety. I've worked for doctors for years and I've never met someone so rude. I don't think she let me get one sentence out. The nurse was very concerned but the doctor was anything but caring. She never looks you in the eye and acts afraid to touch you. Never again!! Nurse was nice- receptionist was rude too

Met with Dr Lindstrom for the 1st time the other day, I have COPD, needed new inhalers, blood pressure meds, pain in feet & neck, she was more concerned with paperwork & arguing with me about the perfume I was wearing. I advised her I don't wear perfume, nor body spray as she also suggested, she continental to say I was wearing something because she was sensation to the perfume smells- again I advised her I don't we at anything with perfumes & that I did shower and have clean clothes on- needless to say she kept watcher her watch told me to make another appointment & I still have no rescue inhalers. I will have a different doctor next month, She is not for me. Worst doctor experience ever.

Dr. Lindstrom should not be allowed to practice medicine! She doesn't dress professionally, won't look you in the eyes, won't listen to your concerns when it comes to your health and she doesn't even seem to like people! She is always in a rush and just acts like she wants to collect her paychecks and go home. She never knows whats wrong whenever I go in (and I've been in multiple times for the same thing). She has no ideas as to what's going on yet refuses to refer me to a specialist like I've requested MANY times! I finally changed doctors (like I should have done a long time ago) and I finally got the referral I knew I needed! It's pretty sad that I can find out more about what my condition could be by researching it on the internet than what a doctor can offer after that many years of med school! As I said before, this woman should not be practicing medicine, she should do us all a favor and retire early before she ends up killing someone due to her lack of caring/trying!!

Dr Lindstrom was an hour late for my appointment and then rushed me through. I was only there for an insurance wellness check, didn't have anything wrong with me but wanted to be sure she had all my medications on file for refills in the future. When the time came to order a refill on my meds, her staff called and told me I couldn't get a refill until I was seen by the doctor. I tried to tell them thats what I had done 6 months previously but they wouldn't listen. I asked to speak to the doctor directly and never received a call from her. Finally I was told to just do a blood test and they would fill my prescription. Not my first pick in doctors or offices but this is one of the only places that will take my insurance that I could find. She was pleasant but I found many mistakes on what she wrote down from what I told her.

I am pretty shocked at some of these comments as well. My mom has had Dr. Lindstrom as her primary care physician for about three years now and we have always found her to be both knowledgeable and helpful. I believe that more than one of these poor ratings and comments came from the same person or household based on the spelling and grammatical errors. My mom is 84 years old and Dr. Lindstrom has never been anything but patient and kind with her.
