Dr Sumner seemed cold on my first visit. On my second visit I realized that she is just a tough cookie. But, she's very caring, knows what she is talking about and she always answers all my questions. I leave her office very happy and confident. I am happy she took care of me while I was pregnant.

I have no complaints about Dr. Sunmer; she's friendly and answers all my concerns; she has been very attentive during my visits, and would call you personally if there's anything wrong with your tests.

She left me with more questions then answers. Was very cold and unhelpful. She also kept her back to me most of the visit. Has anyone ever told her that is RUDE! Especially, when your patient is pregnant and scared! She is leaving the practice which makes my switching not seem so bad.

This was one of the worst visits I have ever had to any doctor. The wait was long, the staff was inattentive and seemed unknowledgeable and Dr. Sumner was extremely cold and rushed. I aksed her a question and she sneered at me and gave a rude answer. That was my first and last visit. I do NOT recommend her.

Very good doctor, she will not cuddle you and be all mushy. though she is still concerned and caring. Her 2 nurses named Michelle are very sweet, but the others aren't that nice not bad but I guess I will get used to them. I recommend her, but take a magazine or book, sometimes her wait can be long.

At first i thought Dr. Sumners was cold. After my second time meeting her, she seemed more warm and concerned. She is a intelligent knowledgable person. She is concerned and I love her!

I needed to speak with Dr. Sumner. She called about 3 hours later and seemed to rush me off the phone. I never even got to talk to her about what I had originally called for. She is usually on point. Lately, she is lacking. Must be her overloaded work schedule? She only works in the office I use 1 "morning" a week. 9am (if she is on time) to 11:30. She crams 40 patients in that time. She used to be at this office 3 days and was efficent and timely in seeing patients. If she is reading this go back to the original schedule you will lose less patients that way. I am switching to her partner come the new year.

Great doctor and person. She has a very busy schedule, and the wait time has gone up a bit. I trust her with my life. Her staff are the best especially Elisa and Michele!! Love them all.

Dr. Sumner is very thorough and knowledgeable. There was a medical concern and she called me herself, I was very impressed.
