Very disappointed with Dr. Russell's affiliation with the pharmaceutical companies. According to the government website, he has received approximately $7700 for food and various non-medically related fees. This is a conflict of interest and regardless of how friendly he is, I cannot take him by his word knowing he might have been paid off by the pharmaceutical companies to prescribe what he prescribes. A shame.

He knows how to ask the right questions to understand the problem. Is willing to keep searching for underlying causes.

I have been seeing Dr. Russell since 1999, and I can't say enough good things about him! He makes you feel like your complaints are being heard, and not only is he extremely knowledgable about his field (and internal medicine in general as well), but he has a great sense of humor too. I felt like my concerns were addressed, even though some of them seemed a bit trivial to me. I'd recommend Dr. Russell to anyone, he's great with kids too!

Absolutely one of the finest doctors there is. Dr. Russell devotes the time required to properly diagnose his patients. He is not one of the type of physicians that rolls from one room to the next, spending only a minute or two. He spends the time required, and that is what we pay for as patients. We all feel cheated when Dr.'s don't have the time to even hear the problem. I have a serious multi-system illness which was extremely hard to solve. Dr. Russell spent months researching my case, and we have properly diagnosed the problem, and are treating the symptoms. Since there is no cure for my illness (caused by heavy metal poisoning), Dr. Russell continues to assist me in dealing with my multiple illnesses, and is very concerned with my health. I have been a patient for over 9 years, and cannot say enough kind words about him and his procedures!

What a nightmare.......my son is very sick today and doctor Russell told him in 2003 he was an actor and needed to be placed in foster care. He seems to be practicing more psychiatry than allergy/ immunology. I am a social worker and CFIDS advocate-my son has severe dysautonomia and CFIDS. Diagnosed by Johns Hopkins Mayo Clinic and world dysautonomia expert. Of course we paid for allergy shots for 2 years before our unfortunate departure. At one point he was a good doctor- I think he just kind of lost it-HIS TOUCH. My son had a severe sinus infection in 2003 that went untreated. Dr. Russell was one of the doctors -my son is in a wheelchair today.
