Needs to be more knowledgable in her field. Overlooks things.

I am 73 years old, and since Dr. Hamad has taken over my healthcare, I have never felt better. I have several major health issues. Dr. Hamad is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Reem Hamad did some testing I've wanted done for a long time, but my male physicians didn't think it was necessary. I didn't ask. She offered. And my suspicions were confirmed and now I'm being treated. She has put me through some rigorous testing, but I appreciate her thoroughness. My only complaint is not having enough time to discuss all questions and concerns.

Once Diana Hahn left, this place was less than impressive. I have seen Doctor Hamad several times and she takes no interest in how i'm doing and never wants to answer questions. I was away at school after having labs done, & after calling twice about my lab results there was still no call back. There was also a medication change and no one alerted me until i went to get my prescription. i called before a vacation about some symptoms i was having to see if it were necessary to come in or if an over the counter drug would suffice; i called at 10:30 and had to call back at 1:40 and was told Dr. Hamad had not looked at it yet. Ended up calling back at 4:00pm because I still had not received any word from them. I would highly recommend looking for another doctor, my mother and i both are because there is a huge lack of care and respect for the patients. She takes no time with the patient and does not explain even when the patients asks. i do not feel confident in the diagnosis she gives.
