The office lady was excellent. Dr. Chow was cold, arrogant, like others, exam room door left open. Wasn't a fan. She may know her skill, but her people skills need more training.

Took 2 seconds to make a diagnosis which turned out to be incorrect (it was not a hard diagnosis but she insisted she was right). Gave me a surgery I should not have been given which made the issue so much worse.

Dr. Chow left the door open during the entire visit (no privacy), still talked with me while in the hallway of her practice (within hearing of other patients and her receptionist), and was very cold. Further, stated masks do not work against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID) transmission which is incorrect (I am trained as a scientist in this area - I still cannot fathom this, and despite how inaccurate she was she still gave me a hard time when I requested she put one on). Does not ask for consent before performing a physical exam or explain what she is doing. Overall poor clinical skills and knowledge base, with little respect to patient confidentiality in my opinion.

I recently attended Dr. Chow's office for a consult. Connie (office extraordinaire) was kind and efficient. Dr. Chow was punctual, professional and exceedingly kind. Her explanation was thorough and she did so in a calming manner. I left the office with dates for the procedure and follow up in hand. No long delays. I would highly recommend Dr. Chow to anyone.
