Dr. Downey is the biggest quack I have ever had to deal with, our previous doctor at this facility was phenomenal, but was replaced with this "doctor" after he moved. Almost every visit went the same way: Nurse does their job, wait FOREVER I mean at least a good 30-40+ minutes, re-explain everything to Dr. Downey, he leaves the room, wait FOREVER AGAIN, then he comes back in and just says 'I don't know what's wrong, here's my bill.' No recommendations, no medicines, not even a guess on diagnosis. He is the worst "doctor" and maybe should've paid more attention in medical school.
