He always spent an exorbitant amount of session time talking about his personal life and history, with such gems as being childhood friends with James Taylor, living next-door to Steely Dan, helping to invent the motherboard and other such nonsense. He was incredibly demeaning with no redeeming value to be found in his negative attitude. Very strange experience, seeing this guy regularly. Once I stopped taking the meds he prescribed, he extended an invitation for free group counseling, which was more of the same with the added bonus of complete strangers knowing your personal troubles. I, in no way or under any circumstance, will ever recommend going to Graydon Goss for any imaginable service.

From my experince with Doctor G. is that he is another loser doctor who puts you on 3 different scrips when you only come to him for advise in the first place. And he put me on medication that he said had to be "monitored" so I would come in every 5 to 6 day and at 250 a pop, ofcourse he wants you to come back as often as possible. and after 2 weeks of him and over 1200 spent I stopped seeing him and never heard from him again

He is very overpriced and does not accept insurance. Always 10-20 minutes late for appointments and takes phone calls during sessions. He doesn't like benzos which I thought was a good thing but other than that, the treatment provided could be sought for much cheaper somewhere else if you have insurance. He accepts NO insurance. Nice guy though

He told me he would work with me on payments because I didnt have health insurance & he did not. He has had his license revoked in 2 states that I know of. Although he was helpful in getting me off of the mess of meds that I was on, he was very negative & kept telling me to join a gym & to get out of my house. I was/am suffering from severe depression so those arent easy for me to do. And he kept cutting my sessions shorter & shorter for no reason. I mentioned it to him & apparently my time wasnt as valuable as his. He would take phone calls in the middle of sessions & meanwhile, my therapy time is what paid for it!!

This individual should have a giant purple (negative rating) next to him or better yet a skull &crossbones warning patients away. IS THIS GUY STILL PRACTICING? WHY HASN'T THE BD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS SHUT HIM DOWN YET? EX-PATIENTS SHOULD BE REPORTING HIM IN DROVES... IF YOU HAVEN'T FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! You should speak up to save others countless grief. Do it now! - it will only take you a few minutes that could save someone's life.

This was the doctor I went to when I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. I thought he was horrible. He over medicated me. When I gained 70 pounds he didn't listen to me or give me advice on how to lose the weight. He never took more than a few minutes at each appointment to hear what I had to say. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Dr Goss has been helpful to our children in dealing with a mentally ill spouse. He has done so in a caring way, without saying bad things or talking badly about the other party, and he has tried to involve them in the children's care.
