I am very grateful that Dr. Felder is my PCP. He has an unusual combination of calmness without being casual, very attentive to detail without making me anxious. He seems to have a very good sense of my values and how I would like to approach the medical decisions I need to make. I am always confident that the range of choices he offers me are ones that make sense (medically) but also are consistent with my own medical "personality." His medical assistant, Angie, has been with him for several years now. She's so warm and caring. They provide a real healing kind of team. Dr. Felder recently visited one of my family members at home. He has called late in the evenings at times, and on weekends. It is so obvious that he cares. This is real "boutique medicine" without any boutique fees. He's available, warm, non-judgmental and very approachable. He and I have spoken about very personal concerns of mine. I can't imagine a better family doctor. He sees brand new babies and really old people. Kind of like "Marcus Welby." He's the best.

Dr. Felder has recently joined Anchor Medical Associates. He has an outstanding group of other physicians in his office. He has continued to emphasize the balance between state of the art medicine, individualized care, and warm, personal attention. He is the primary care physician for nearly every member of our 4 generation family here in Rhode Island. It is a tremendous comfort to know that we can count on him at every step along the way. Can't say enough good things.

Dr. Felder recently moved his office to a bigger, and more convenient location. Two new family physicians have joined him and I understand that one more is yet to join him next summer. The staff has been outstanding for all the years I've been seeing Dr. Felder. They're very helpful. The office goes the extra mile. They seem to be taking full advantage of the "computer age" without losing the more personal nature of medicine. I almost always get to see Dr. Felder when I am in need. But, every now and then I can't. Various members of my family have seen the new partners and they're great too. It is so reassuring to have a great doctor in this day and age where you're often stuck with having to choose someone who is nice or someone who is a really good doctor. I got the whole "shebang" with Dr. Felder.

Very impressive. Solid knowledge base. Academic and able to quote the medical literature. At the same time, hesitant to add lots of new medications, scans etc. He has been able manage nearly everything I've brought to him. Infrequent need for referral. Moral and principled. Very patient. Willing to listen. Cares for 4 generations of my family. I know many people who see Dr. Felder. They are also very pleased. There's been no "honeymoon" phase. He was great at the beginning and continues to be so helpful. He puts it all together. This is what a family doctor is supposed to be like. It's reassuring to have him as our family's doctor. His younger associates have been very good as has been his staff. The office is what's called a certified "patient centered medical home." This is a real "premier" family medicine office. Kudos to the office.

I've been so pleased for years. Kind, warm. Very bright and academic. He's a professor at the medical school and it shows. He seems to be well read and well connected to other top not specialists. The organization that he works with, University Medicine, is a good one. Dr. Felder's practice is all computerized now. Dr. Felder went to the hospital to see my new grandson when he was born. He now takes care of 4 generations of our family including my VERY OLD mother. His medical assistant and other staff have been very helpful. I even saw his nurse practitioner once-- and she was great too. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.

Dr. Felder has been our family doctor for over 10 years. He is wonderful. I could not recommend him more. Cindy, the nurse is wonderful too. The front office staff could be a little nicer however.

I have been a patient of Dr. Felders for 11 years. He has always been very helpful and attentive to the needs of myself as well as the rest of my family. He is a very caring and compassionate man. I am pleased to have been his patient for all of these years and would recommended him to everyone. And I have!
