A true ‘old school’ GP. Dr Mac has been my GP for 35 years (ie since I was 3 years old). His experience, bedside manner and genuine interest in his patients is exceptional.

Andrew is one of the best GP's you could ever hope to visit. His experience and wisdom are limitless, his compassion and genuine concern are reassuring and his expertise is second to none. I am a community pharmacist of over 30 years experience and I am always astounded at the comprehensive knowledge that Andrew possesses. I have entrusted the care of my family to Andrew for over 20 years and we have complete faith in everything he does. He has a wonderful, old-fashioned personal approach combined with all the expertise that modern medicine can provide. He also has the most wonderful staff who, I hope, he never loses. I commend Dr Andrew MacDonald to you.

3 generations of my family see Dr Mac he has a huge amount of knowledge on broad range of medical issues- alot that out of the ordinary,very compassionate and non judgemental, staff are excellent,Chelsea in particular is extremely special,very very very busy,small practice but they always remember every person by name and are genuinely interested in your well being. Sort of service not around many places anymore. It will be an awful day the day Andy closes the practice doors as there is no one else to replace him,no one that could replace him. It is invaluable having a GP that knows your whole history- and remembers it.
