I absouloutely adore the work done on my teeth i had 10 cavities he pulled 3 and fixed 7 i was happy with my results and couldnt wait to show of my teeth

I have known both Dr. Bernstein and his wife Diane for close to twenty years now. I have had nothing but great experiences with them and the staff at the Germantown Dental Group. My schedule fluctuates due to my work schedule and they have always been very accommodating in adjusting my scheduled bi-annual cleaning times. (Which I appreciate more than I probably communicate to them.) The professionalism of the staff is always above and beyond; I can say this because I am not the best patient in the world at times…. I have had some extensive cosmetic work done and I am very pleased with my results. Dr. Bernstein is meticulous in achieving the best results he can for me. He also takes the time to check up on my life and continues to have my best interest in heart. As a result I have recommended several of my friends to him and will continue to do so in the future! I let this doctor "fix" my already nice upper teeth and was promised outstanding results. What I got however was far from outstanding.I specifically told him I wanted to keep the shape of my already nice large teeth just wanted them whiter and straighter. What I got was much shorter(too short and nubby) looking teeth. I hate that look and that was what I DIDN'T want. This doctor doesn't listen and just does what he wants to do. I tried to tell him that I don't like the shape of the veneers and he responded that theres nothing he can do about it without redoing all of the teeth and he's not willing to go back and redo them. My teeth are also uncomfortable and hit when I bite down. After several attempts to correct this my teeth still feel weird and hurt when I bite down. He told me theres nothing else he can or will do.I am devestated because I am a model and my teeth are my lively hood and I'm in contant discomfort. My advice: Stay FAR away from this quack!

Dr. Bernstein did veneers on my son a few years ago. Our experience with him and his office staff was exceptional! His teeth look great and he says feel so natural. He is complemented on his smile all the time, I recommend him to all my friends who are seeking cosmetic dentistry. He's simply the best in the region.

He put a crown on my tooth which has been uncomfortable since the day it was done. He is deaf to complaints, and his wife, who is the receptionist, is a case herself and exceedingly unpleasant and difficult to work with. When I made arrangements to spread the payments over 2 months and I needed a small extension for the last payment, she actually called me and became belligerent, demanding the money NOW.

My experience with Dr Bernstein and his staff was incredible. I found him to be quite personalable and professional. My veneers look and feel so natural and I get compliments on my smile all the time. His office staff is first class and never kept me waiting. He is truely and artist and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Dr. Bernstein is the most arrogant and rude doctor I've ever met. He did veneers on my top teeth and they didn't match. One tooth was much darker and grey and when I told him I was unhappy and would like them redone he totally flipped out telling me he doesn't think he could ever make me happy since I'm not satisfied with his "world class lab work" He suggested I go elsewhere. I was shocked and very upset with his behavior and he made me feel unimportant. Needless to say I happily went elsewhere and now have had his work corrected and finially am happy with my smile since my new dentist fixed his bad work.
