I first made an appointment for 11/11/20 I found out when I called in on the 10th to confirm the date and time, I was told it was for the 18th at 9am, When I came to the appointment they side it was for the 17th. not he 18th which i had confirmed on the 16th, I asked my cardiology to assist me and the Dr. Office made an appoint for 11/19/20 at 9am, FHA in addition call me and confirmed the appointment was for 9am on the 19th and request I come in at 8:30 am to complete my paperwork. I went in and told the receptionist I had an appoint with Dr. at 9am she gave me paperwork, I completed the paperwork. and waited until 10:00 and still had not be called to see the Dr., went up to the desk and ask why I had been waiting for 1.5Hrs for doctor and they informed me my appointment was for 11am. when i asked why they had again change the appoint and why I was told my my Dr. Office and by them the appointment was for 9am and why was I not told when I arrived and stated that the appoint was for 9am why was i not told it was for 11am. the receptionist just sat there saying noting. Noting no one tried to help me and I just left. if they cannot make a total of three appoints, plus put in all the wrong information on y chart as to my address and phone number when I have give it three times to them. Why would I allow them to touch my heart.
