I had an appointment with Dr. Chalians nurse practioner but instead ended up seeing Dr. Leaks nurse practices who I informed several times the surgical procedures I had had before going to see them and she kept over talking me acting like she didn't care. Then at the end of the visit starts to tell me what can be done for me which was the exact thing I had done. She acted surprised that I had it done already after the fact I told her I had the procedure done already. If she would have listened to me instead of trying to over talk me or not hear me the first time she would have known that. Then I waite a whole month in severe pain for a referral to be sent for possible surgery which now I am waiting another month for a consult In severe pain. Which who knows how long it will take now to get results on that.

I had a 4 pm appointment. Other older men were seated after me and were taken back to exam room before me. I went to the front desk twice to see what the situation was. Staff was rude! Then after 5 pm I was called back to the exam room and had to wait another 45 minutes. Everyone else had left. Situation felt creepy. Very bad vibes.

Excellent service, professional in every way, knowledgeable, personable and very accommodating. Very busy group physician office, but organized and efficient, short wait time and proficient staff. Highly recommended doctor.

Dr. Chalian put me through two unnecessary procedures when he was positive I had a kidney stone. When I got a second opinion I was told I never should have had either procedure and that the x-ray he used to determine or not if I had a stone was highly unreliable and was just probably stomach gas showing up on the x-ray. Avoid him at all costs.
