As mentioned by others they speak russian over you...Over the years I have been able to translate enough while worked on by this man, he switches language and speak negatively about patients and americans. There was a time 6 years ago where he had no choice but to voice his opinion in english because a worker came in to check the hydraulics on a chair I happened to be sitting in. When he was told it needed to be replaced he lashed out, "No its just because shes fat!" This was the first time it was IN english. Today he was as sweet as a button in english. Once he started they switched to russian. I heard "blah blah blah more exercise." And the nurse responded, "blah blah agreed." they also chuckle and snicker over you because its an inside joke on patients for not knowing. Ive heard what theyve said about others passing rooms etc. one time he did not drill a cavity of mine completely and filled OVER it. thankfully I noticed and had fixed. I see he does this alot also.

Told me I needed 13 crowns. Went back to my old dentist...not a single crown needed. Out for your money! Rude staff, rude doctors!

Dentist could not numb area of tooth he was going to extract. I left in pain, with prescription for painkillers and recommendation for me to make appointment with oral surgeon . Office would not that appointment for me.

Sosnovsky told me that I have huge cavities under my crowns on the basis of an X-Ray. As a result my two perfectly good crowns were completely removed (in pieces) only to discover that everything was OK to begin with. I paid cash to him (no paper trail at insurance company) and I heard that he ordered his assistant to "throw away" my medical records.

Had a lower extraction,never given instructions on care of wound.days later,rinsed with listerine- it ate through the wound and became a dry socket where my bone and nerve were exposed.Called office,was told there is nothing they do to treat a dry socket,just let it heal. The intensity of pain became unbearable. I went to the ER ,was prescribed narcotics for the pain- my discharge instructions were to see dentist first thing in the morning and they will pack it with a medicated dressing. I called another dentist, and though they confirmed that this should be done, they couldn't treat me since they did not pull the tooth. Dr. Sosnovsky refused to treat my dry socket with a medicated dressing, actually stating "do not listen to physicians, they do not know what they'e talking about.." Spoke with assistant in another language over me.He then sealed the suction device around my dry socket and had his assistant turn suction on high to clean socket-- supposed to be done with a water spray.

Every time I go there, they get me in right away. The staff is generally very nice, and make me feel comfortable. I got my wisdom teeth taken out there, all four of them at once. The doctor was incredibly gentle, and the assistants were so nice.
