I've been going to Dr. Hilliard for a little over 2 years and am very happy. She is always on time and does not rush through my appt.'s and takes the time to answer any questions I have. She also returns my messages the same day- I appreciate that in a Dr.

I was so surprised to see that others consider Dr. Hilliard to be cold and unhelpful. She seems a little shy, but she has always made me feel at ease and has always been willing to spend time with me and discuss my questions. She concerns herself with the entire patient and has always given me extremely helpful information. She has even returned my calls by calling me at home in the evening (no one does that any more). I highly recommend Dr. Hilliard.

Dr. Hilliard doesn't have a very good bedside manner. She is very cold and doesn't offer information like what to expect after a DNC. A patient shouldn't have to work so hard to get basic information which a doctor should provide prior to surgery.

Poor bedside manner, inpatience if you have questions/concerns, does not return telephone calls on a timely basis.

Dr. Hilliard is very professional. I prefer someone not too casual/overly friendly. She does not discuss things unnecessarily but is always willing to hear any concerns/questions I have. Her bedside manner is polite but not cold, made me feel as comfortable as possible about all my ob/gyn exams.
