I was in her office for an appointment. I had my daughter take my appointment two days before and took this one. That morning of this appointmentI knew that my daughter called in telling this doctor of the pain she was still having. I told the doctor while I was there that her pain was horrible. She made my daughter drive to see her saying that she didn't know what was wrong. But she just saw her two days before with the same symptoms. My daughter did drive in to see her and at this appointment she still did not recommend someone who could help her and my daughter left with the same pain she came in with and suffered until we finally figured out what type of doctor she should see.

I have been going to Dr. Hilliard for years and just adore her! She is always thorough, and takes the time to address any issues I may have. I also sent my daughter to her as well, and she is very comfortable with her too! I like the fact that Dr. Hilliard slways take time to personally call you back with results and answers to any questions..

I like Dr. Hilliard. She is very polite and answers all my questions. She is very responsive in calling you back unlike many other drs.

Dr. Hilliard's staff, especially in the front office, have been unfriendly and not very professional in the past, but they seem to have gotten better the last few times I have called or visited. Dr. Hilliard herself has always been on time and willing to answer all my questions. I have only visited her for regular annual check-ups, but I have been very happy with the quality of each visit.

I have been with Dr. Hilliard for over 6 years now. She has delivered both my children via C-section. I remember going to her old office in Livermore when she first starting practicing. She has come a long way. I disagree with all the negative comments about Dr. Hilliard. She is a very intelligent, knowledgeable and highly regarded physician. She may not be overly friendly, but she is polite and does take the time to address any concerns you have. I rather have a doctor that knows her stuff at the operating table then one who likes to talk and exchange pleasantries. She's awesome!

Dr. Hilliard has selected some office staff with attitudes, they were not helpful in the least. I think she is an okay doctor for basics, but do not go to her with infertility issues as she's not very well educated in this field. I wasted a lot of time trying drugs I shouldn't have been on.

I had a horrible experience with another OB and switched to Dr. Hillard without knowing who she was and it was the best thing I could have done. She is very calm and understanding which is what I wanted while I was pregnant. Her office staff was always friendly and for a busy office I always felt like things were under control. I will recommend all my friends to Dr. Hillard I think she is great!

I agree with the others about the cold bedside manner. I also think she is fine for uncomplicated issues, but have had to go elsewhere for things beyond annuals and pregnancy. The office staff is ok, and she does return phonecalls the same day, which is great. I just am not comfortable with her knowledge level beyond the run of the mill issues.

Dr. Hilliard is extremely helpful, offers information on stage of pregnancy at each visit without even having to ask. I went to another OB GYN for my other 2 pregnancies and her office and her professionalism by far outdo what I have experienced prior. I am very happy I switched to Dr. Hilliard.
