My only complaint is that he does not use numbing during procedures. Otherwise, I feel very taken care of and listened to in his care. IC can be a very complicated diagnosis and I went to several doctors before finally seeing him - he's the only one that's been able to help
With my
Bladder issues.

1-16-08 had sling for urinary incontinence, he did not order PT prior nor following. I required straight cath 5-6xd could only void 50-175ml had residuals 200-425ml, vaginal/bladder spasms/blood on catheter/UTIswith fever. He ordered urethral lidocaine for the pain which burned/pained worse. I required foley catheter. 3-21 asked him to reverse it,gave him an article from PubMed by Sweney DD and Leng WW "Treatent of Postoperative Voiding Dysfunction Following Incontinence Surgery" which suggest lysing the sling to avoid irrersible bladder dysfunction, he refused and offered instead a suprapubic cath. I sought another MD who reversed it 4-20-08. I required intimate PT to treat the scar tissure until 2-10 and contnue to have spasms. I can only void in a particular position, can only drink small amounts of fluid at a time. Steriod injections are not indicated due to large area of spams muscle. Stay away from this md.
