Above & beyond care, so greatful for her whole team. Brenda at the front desk was amazing in a difficult time. Dr Prest took such care in procedures needed and explaining the procedures. Her colleague. DR D Sandhu who works closely with Dr Prest was on top of all that was need & required to make this time of the most difficult uncertainties go smoothly. Every question answers and explained was so comforting. Thank you so much.

I did not recieve a call informing me about an appointment I had for a biopsy. I only found out because Fraser Health had called me to let me know my appointment had to be changed due to the corona virus. I would have missed it if it wasn't for Fraser Health calling. Not impressed.

i sure can relate, so can my family, friends, neighbors, co workers, business owners, they all wonder why the most question asked is "why do ALL patients get told they are seeing Dr. Prest, and they don't, or when they have a test or procedure they are told Dr. Prest will be doing it" we all know doctors retire, tell the patients. tell patients that another qualified doctor is taking over" and when i hear that dr. prest office is so so busy and you can't get through on the phone, all my friends, family, co workers, neighbours, business owners we all have gone to specialist and you can call and get to a human being. they may close for lunch but never have ANY of us heard about an office being so busy that you can't get through. just rings. would be nice to get some of our questions answered by the office. there is a few specialist one in White Rock Dr. Francour and one in Surrey Dr. Chuh and you get in quick and get your procedures done quick, you don't wait 6 months or more for a consult and you don't wait 8 or more months for procedures.

Horrible reception. Appointments never on time. Dr. Prest is nice, but not very helpful. Additionally, she did not take time to give me any form of sedation for my procedure. Currently on the market for a new specialist!

they never answer their phones, won't return messages, and seriously the rudest receptionist I have ever met. Dr Prest, please fire your receptionist on move on before she hurts your business even more. Clearly as a doctor you must care what your patients are saying??? Maybe a complaint should be made to the medical board. Fire your receptionist

Dr Prest’s office is switching to Dr Sandu’s Office. Maybe they will be getting a secretary that actually does her job. I for one will be searching for another Dr

The receptionist is terrible and unprofessional. She should be fired and replaced with a better mannered one. She never answer the phone and even the answering machine message is rude.

Too bad the secretary is complete garbage. I have had Dr’s send in many requisitions but the never amount to anything. I think it’s time to call the collage of physicians and lodge a formal complain. I thought it was against the rules to refuse patience. Been her patient for 17 years.

I haven't had a lot of experience with this office yet... Mostly because it is impossible to get through. I am requiring different testing to understand a potentially serious medical problem. Appointments aren't made by the office when I'm told to be there... Receptionist is horrifying and rude of you could ever get through to her. If so many people complain about a receptionist, why is she still there? Dr. Priest sends okay so far... I'll update as experience goes on.
