Dr. Christian Iudica is a disinterested physician who rushes through diagnosis and treatment. My last (and final) appointment with him? A 35 minute wait in exam room. With the doctor, a total of seven minutes with limited eye contact. His attitude? He could not be bothered with me. The practice billed Medicare $150 for the visit with $129 for a urinalysis. Ridiculous. Too many other good family doctors in Harrisonburg. Don't waste your time. Or your money.

Christian is good. But the practice itself is terrible. Access to the doctors is difficult, messages don''t get through, and a general attitude of us and them permeate the front office staff. They are more like bouncers than healthcare professionals. And forget about any form of advocacy! After years and several conversations with the doctors about this (which they said were common complaints!), we left the practice, not because of the doctors, but because of the attitudes and communication issues.

Dr. Iudica is fabulous. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I could say the same for his nurse. She is not particularly friendly and seems disinterested.

Dr. Iudica was great...but he needs to FIRE LISA! Never updated my info ....so sent my blood work to the wrong address. Was told by the doctor that if my localized pain, blurry vision and dizzy spells didn't end in a couple weeks to call to schedule an MRI. I CALLED 7 TIMES.....STILL NO CALL BACK. I explained in the message....I still had symptoms....and my wife was panicked because she nearly lost her friend to an aneurysm 2 years ago...still no call back. I have NEVER in all my days received such a lack of service...ANYWHERE. The one time I did call and ask if the doctors nurse LISA (the woman who NEVER returned my call) ..was real...all the did was send me to LISA'S VOICE MAIL. I'm like a walking lawsuit waiting to happen because my head still hurts...my vision is still blurry...i'm still dizzy ...and I'm currently looking for a new doctor with a nurse who will answer the phone and return calls. AVOID THIS OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE...EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE PLAGUE...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Dr. Iudica is great. Can't say that about his staff. I've been waiting since Nov. for a call back to schedule gall bladder surgery. I've called several times and had no call backs.

Office staff was very courteous and helpful! Dr. Iudica likewise was thorough and helpful, and spent more time with me than I am used to the primary care doc taking (usually leaving most of the interview, etc. to staff). Would happily recommend to anyone!

Staff is rude, unhelpful, dismissive, and unresponsive. Better service at Taco Bell. Dr. Iudica, however, is fantastic.

Dr. Iudica has a great rapport with my young sons and daughter. He has taken care of them since we moved to Harrisonburg. Although I used another doctor, my children much preferred this doctor. He took very good care of my boys sports injuries and made sure that they did what was necessary to keep them on the playing field in the most appropriate time! He is great in my opinion!
