To simply leave mundane adjectives to describe Dr. J. Lettieri, his work, and his office/medical staff would prove to be unaltering and ineffectual on many levels because I was fortunate to first-handedly experience who he is as a person and profession. Simply stated, I cannot provide enough here to convey, fully, his professionalism, his "art" of hand/eye, vast knowledge, keen intellect, unique talent, and heart-felt compassion which he demonstrated consistently when I was a patient under his care and medical team/office staff's care. Dr. Lettieri concisely and systematically took time explaining, answering, and sharing all steps and processes from start to finish, and NOT one time did he cause me to formulate second thoughts, to have any fears, or to produce any notions of anxiousness. He truly is in a UNIQUE league amongst his peers; to have experienced both procedures (at separate times--abdominoplasty and breast lift) under him were AMAZING experiences. HE/his team were my god-send!

Highly recommend Dr Lettieri!! Had a 'Mommy make over" yes multiple procedures, Breast lift, liposuction and Abdominoplasty. I am ECSTATIC the results! Awesome surgeon, staff and surgical team!! When you stretch your God given birthday suit to its limit, Carolina Plastic Surgery Works wonders. Magical changing my life and how I feel about myself. Staff is awesome! Didn't feel like Dr. Lettieri really listened to me and what I wanted. Hindsight, I wish I had gotten a second opinion. Not happy with results.

Dr Lettieri was actually a second opinion for me. He was very helpful in explaining the procedure that was the best for me and an alternative for a possible future need. I did follow through with the procedure and I am very happy with the results. I have already recommended him to friends and acquaintances that have a similar need. His staff, office and surgery, were very cordial and helpful. Hopefully I will not need his services again but I will not hesitate to be a patient in the future if needed.

My experience with Dr. Lettieri was great. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. My breast look great. His staff is awesome. Any times I had any questions or concerns all I had to do was text Tina, his nurse and she always got right back to me. I will go to Dr. Lettieri for all my cosmetic needs.
