I’ve been a patient of Dr Victory’s for a few years and if I didn’t feel stuck I certainly would have moved on by now.
I can’t stand the 2 hour wait in the waiting room. I don’t know why he denies this happens? I’ve waited 2 hrs many times!
I can’t stand when I have to do intralipids in the waiting room. I’m connected to an IV for a couple hour so surrounded by strangers. Some ppl don’t know what the IV is for and give strange looks. This should be something that women do in a separate room that is cozy and not out in the open for everyone to watch.
Diane gives me heart palpitations. She’s so snippy and rude. She forgets things all the time and gets angry if you call the office twice in a day. (Hello??? I’ve handed over thousands and thousands of dollars to that clinic...ANSWER YOUR PHONE!)
Dawn is another one. Condescending and thinks she knows it all.

What really bugs me is the funding wait list. Victory told me I’d probably never get picked even if I have been on the list for a long time because my chances of getting pregnant are slim. I fit all the criteria though for funding. He said he just wouldn’t pick me. BUT he said if I chose to use a donor egg he’d move me to the top of the list because I’d have a greater chance of success.
What????? It’s a government funded program!!!! You wait in line. When you get to the front of the line you should get funding. Plain & simple. Not that he just won’t “pick you” because your chances of success are slim. Doesn’t matter!!!!!!!! That’s not right and it’s unethical!!!!!!! Then to say ok if you use donor eggs VOILA! You get funding now. That is RIDICULOUS!
This dr is unethical and has put making money in the way of being fair, honest, and trusting. I have little trust in this clinic.

Dr. Rahi Victory's response
Victory Reproductive Care is very concerned about your experience. We take all input seriously, and will address concerns when they are raised to the best of our ability to improve both your care, and by extension, that of others. We will direct your concerns to Dr. Victory, and would like to offer you the opportunity to discuss your concerns with Dr. Victory in person, the office manager, or the office administrator. If you would like to schedule a time to review the issues you have highlighted please do not hesitate to contact us. In regards to the government funding for IVF, we have a simple wait list. It is unfortunately quite long, but aside from segregating based on age, we do not prioritize for any other reasons. Please feel free to ask our staff to indicate where you are on the wait list at your convenience.
If we can be of any further service please call us at 519-944-6400.

My husband and I owe everything to dr victory. After three years of faithfully trying to have a baby, countless blood work checks, ultrasounds and many tears I asked my family doctor to refer me to dr victory and I am SO thankful I did! His staff is nothing short of amazing and truly care about you. Dianne provided me with her direct cell phone that I needed if I had any questions. Thankfully she did because I ended up having to call her after realizing I didn’t have one of the medications I needed when my pharmacy was closed. Allison is always so nice, personable and professional! Mara is also always so nice and calls me back in a timely manner. She has rearranged many appointments for me to ensure that I was able to continue my full time work schedule while still making it possible to visit the office. Back to dr victory... because of him we welcomed two gorgeous, healthy babies into the world in June. Without him this wouldn’t have been possible. He makes tough situations easier, he goes over all options with you and he takes the time to make sure all questions are answered. For those that complain about wait times...what do you expect? He’s a specialist and the outcome is worth it.

I have had dr.victory as my ob as well he is also my gyno and reccomend him to anyone who asks. Wait times can be a little high at times however that is because he takes the time to go over any questions or concerns without rushing you. He is understanding and passionate. He even stopped in the day after my csection to see how I was doing (was dealing with personal problems) he cares about his patients.

Dr. Victory is the most professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated OB/Fertility specialist! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about him and his amazing staff! You will feel like family here. There is never a long wait time. The office runs so efficiently. The nurses and staff will get to know you and are so welcoming and friendly, which makes a stressful time much more pleasant. The quality of care you will receive from Dr. Victory and his staff is like none other in our city or elsewhere. Please do not believe the negative comments posted here. They are simply untrue. Dr. Victory cares so much for his patients and wants the best for each and every one of them.
Our story...
After years 3 years of “unexplained” infertility, a miscarriage, a surgery and countless medication, we decided to switch doctors and started seeing Dr. Victory in November of 2017. Within weeks of seeing him, through his testing he was able to determine our difficulties and suggested IVF. We were nervous at first, but Dr. Victory and his staff were so wonderful at explaining everything and truly guiding us through the process. We never felt alone in this journey. We are proud to announce that after only a few short months of being in his care, I’m pregnant! This was our first attempt at IVF and it worked! Dr. Victory is helping us to give our 5 year old son the sibling he may never have had. We are so truly blessed to be patients of his. We will be forever grateful to him!

Dr Victory???? How can you deny the fact that patients wait in your waiting room for 2-3 hours?
Accept the fact and do something to fix the problem. What have you done to fix the problem!
Your staff needs to be revamped. Diane is the biggest problem in that office.
Diane runs around the office and is always complaining about how busy it is. Diane is very rude, belittling, and passive aggressive. Her teaching session will have you so confused you will cry out of frustration. Diane will give you her cell phone number to call her with any questions however, she will not answer her phone. She will yell at you for calling the office and make you feel stupid, she will yell at you for leaving a message, and really get mad if you leave another message. Always question everything Diane tells you.. I have been called by the wrong name, I have been given another patients lab request, given wrong medication dosages.. Diane will take it upon herself to give you medical advice on behalf of Dr Victory, and will give you wrong information.
Dr Victory may be a good doctor however $$$$$$ got in the way and money is his main concern not YOU!
So if you are looking to begin your IVF journey Dr Victory is not your only option. There are other doctors in Windsor, London, Toronto.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Victory for about 4 years and we have only positive things to say about him and his staff and would like to share our experience.
We had a very challenging journey with regards to our infertility, but Dr. Victory and his staff were incredible throughout the whole process. We went through 2 rounds of IVF and even though those attempts were not successful, they remained positive and hopeful and determined for us to have the family we always hoped for. Dr. Victory and his staff were very sympathetic and sincere and made themselves available to us at all times of the day.
Dr. Victory was always professional, honest and displayed a personal level of care towards us that always allowed us to feel that he truely cared about our well being, a trait that is sometimes lost in the healthcare world.
My wife and I are beyond happy to have welcomed our beautiful baby girl and we know that would not be possible if it weren’t for Dr. Victory and his staff.
We are forever thankful for all they have done for us and we highly recommend Dr. Victory and look forward to continue to growing our family with their help in our future.

I'm floored by the comments I'm reading! I don't understand how the views can be so opposite from our journey with Dr Victory. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Dr Victory demonstrated patience and respectful. He was always understanding of our concerns, and took his time to review and answer our questions with kindness. I would never label him as arrogant, but very knowledgable indeed. Cheap is not correct. His office is extremely busy because he is very good at what he does! I'd say he's the king of vertility.
We were fortunate enough to have a very successful IVF. Thanks to Dr Victory and his staff, my husband and I have healthy& beautiful B/G twins. When we found out I was pregnant, Dr Victory showed excitement as if it were his first success. That alone made me appreciate him even more, for sharing our joy. I rant and rave to family and friends about our story and experience with Dr Victory. In turn, would definitely recommend him.

Terrible !! This doctor is TOO CHEAP to hire someone to sit at the front desk. Phone is never answered. You must leave a message and they return your call like 2 days later. No respect for your time.... i wait a minimum of 2 or 3 hours everytime i go there so i have to take a half day of work off just to sit there. I wish i could switch doctors but i am stuck here.
