Best doctor I've ever seen, Dr. Helzer took time and listened to what I had to say, very knowledgable. He made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. He and his staff were awesome !

Dr. Helzer took the time to talk with me and understand my problem. He explained all options. I did not feel like he talked down to me and is a partner in my health matters.

Dr. Helzer is attentive, sympathetic, and takes time to make sure his patients understand their diagnosis. Sometimes, patients have to wait; however, it is well worth the wait to see him. He's great with both adults and children.

Wait times have been about an hour (or more) every time we've seen Dr. Helzer. If the reason is that he likes to take his time with his patients then he needs to schedule more time between appointments.

Very good Dr., sometimes runs a little late but that's because he takes time with his patients, never rushes. Very concerned, knowledgable, nice personality. 99.9% of staff are great. Very flexable hours.

I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously..I have what I consider fairly serious conditions and initally Dr Helzer thought a little yoga and exercise would do me alot of good. Well after many expensive tests It was decided maybe I do have some problems but yet I don't feel I was given much guidance on how to deal with them. (pre diabetes etc)

Saw doctor two times. Wait time was well over one hour for both visits. Doctor was very rushed and gave me little time or opportunity to ask questions. I thought my foot was sprained. He finally diagnosed it was broken 2 weeks after initial visit/accident. Was referred to an orthopedic specialist but recovery was hampered by delay in having foot properly casted.
