Dr. Tsang is very knowledgeable and to the point. I am very lucky to have him as my family doctor.

Dr. Tsang is an excellent doctor. He is always accessible whenever I need him. I am extremely satisfied with his prompt and reliable service and his kind referrals to specialists. He will always be my primary care physician.

As good of a family doctor as you can get. He communicates with his patients through email, so he’s very accessible and responsive. Other family docs would force you to book an appointment and bill the government. Dr. Tsang no longer accepts new patients. He’s not in it for the money, which is awesome.

Dr. Tsang is the best family doctor we have seen so far. He is caring and dedicated with great knowledge. My husband and myself have been with Dr. Tsang for almost 20 years. He always responses to our questions and emails within the same day, and refers to any necessary specialists in a quick manner. His staff are also very efficient taking phone calls and booking appointments. We really appreciate Dr. Tsang's excellent service. Since we left Toronto, we cannot visit Dr. Tsang for his medical care, we wish Dr. Tsang and his office continue the excellent job!!

Dr Tsang is a great dr, My family and I left our previous GP after meeting Dr tsang while he interned in their office . When he opened his clinic, my entire family, including extended family, moved over to him. He is patient, thorough, kind and always attentive. His nurse has been wonderful with my newborn. I know many will complain about his secretary, however, I can tell you that she is efficient and will always try to fit you in. I couldn't care less for the small talk anyways. Great GP, easily accessible and always does his best for his patients and family, Highly recommend. Note: I believe he is no longer accepting new patients. I was trying to have my husband accepted, but was unsuccessful in doing so.

Was unimpressed with this doctor and his staff. He was 40 minutes late for our scheduled appointment and didn't think to apologize- as though his time is more important than the patient"s. Only discussed one symptom and rushed me out the door. Do not recommend.

Dr Tsang is awesome. He has been our family doctor for the last 15 years. While his practice is busy, he is always right on time. We never had to wait beyond the appointment time. He is very patient and asks all the right questions. Best of all, he is very conservative with medicating. He does not write up prescriptions and tests without there being a really good reason. He and his staff are very pleasant to deal with.

I am very pleased with this doctor that I have had for 14 years. He is accessible, always replies promptly, is friendly, patient, multiculturally open, listens and responds well to concerns, and helpful. All off my children and now my grandchildren are his patients.

I left dr. Tsang a few years ago, the main reason was that he does not really care about his patients, seems that he has no feeling or no soul .........´You got illness? It has nothing to do with me, mind your own business ´
