I abosultely love this office. My mom has been going there for at least 25 years but her diagnosis turned for the worse. Dr patel was very genuinely concerned but really couldn't discuss with me thanks to HIIPPA. Jennifer his office manager explained the process since I was sooo flustered and she even printed off the forms for me. I got those all done within the week and my mom had the best care she could ask for. The office ordered Hospice and Dr. Patel checked on my mom periodically until she passed. The office is so easy to talk to, very friendly and very knowledgeable. These days all you see is awful comments so I'm taking the time to write a nice note. Thank Dr. Patel for all your help and taking the time you did with my mom. She truly felt special in your office

Very unprofessional when dealing with family. Had to get legal power of attorney to just get basic information on my Dad. Dad is very ill, hospitalized for a fall. Dad just wanted to come home. In spite of running into Medicare limitations of being treated at home, family decided to do 24/7 care on our own and hire private nursing to assist Dad's level of comfort. Dr Patel treated me like an idiot and a nuisance because I asked detailed questions about Dad's health status and treatment. Trying to contact him is nearly impossible due to incompetent staff and not returning calls. I asked about what prescriptions Dad needed upon discharge and Dr told me to go to Dad's home and bring in pill bottles. I told him as his Dr he should know what he has prescribed and I needed to ensure he reviewed past medicine along with meds given at hospital. Again, over and over he told me to get medicine bottles and take to nurse. He had no idea of what had been prescribed. He is incompetent.
