Love this doctor, Very helpful and explains everything. He believed me when my older doctor did not. He explained everything and will go out of the way to make sure you understand it. Very helpful

I am disappointed by: 1. The lack of referring me to someone with more experience in the area of medicine necessary. 2. His condescending attitude and lack of taking my condition seriously 3. His nurse-one that I've listened to complain in his office, and on the phone I've experienced she would rather get rid of you than act like she really wanted to help you. 4. Mankato Clinic: Coordinator of Family Practice-would rather dismiss a complaint than actually deal with it. I have found my experience with both this doctor and nurse discouraging. At one time, I rated both excellent. I don't know if they are working in a difficult situation - it seems as if Dr Fraley has too many patients for what he can physically handle. To me, his nurse has become not a happy person. I don't know if this is reflective of what is happening in the clinic or from outside matters. I would recommend prospective patients take a look elsewhere-both doctor and clinic.

Dr. Fraley is one of the easiest doctors to talk to. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and puts me at ease. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Extremely condescending. Treated me as if I were in the military. Switched from him because of his nurse, who would rather argue than assist!

I would disagree and say that he was extremely condescending! But worse, was his nurse. She is the reason I switched to another Dr.

Wonderful personality. Explains everything thoroughly without condescention. Very much a "real" person.
