His staff is wonderful. However, you wait for over an hour after your appointment time just to see him (but he'll take every pharmaceutical rep that comes before he sees you). The only reason I ever saw him was because, like many of his patients, I was self pay and it was affordable. He's definitely knowledgeable, but will spend no more than five to ten minutes with you before giving you a script and moving you on. His bedside manner leaves much to be desired, and though he is not rude, I never felt as if he was approachable.

Dr. D'Silva has been my family doctor for many years. He has a common sense approach and an excellent rapport with patients. He is a true asset to the Cleveland medical scene.

the only reason i stayed with this dr was his staff. he doesnt listen, is in and out of the room in 5 min. and except for prescribing an antibiotic for strep throat or ear ache, all he does is refer the patient to other specialists. He is not popular rather he takes any and all insurances-money hungry, which results in very little time with each patient, most of whom are government insurance like me. Patients need to understand, just because a dr smiles in your face does not necessarily mean he/she is providing you with quality health care. When you ask him to try different meds for you invaribly you are met with i cant do that I will refer you to a specialist when you ask who he recommends he says look in your book .Every time i leave feeling worse than when i came in- no more im done on to a real physician.

He's a FABLUOUS doctor... but because he's very popular, he tends to be,at times- well-most of the time, at least an hour to and hour and half behind.... call before your appointment to make sure that he's on time so you're not waiting in the waiting room!

I have had other family doctors but this one is the best.He is concerned....shows he cares about you.If you need to see a specialist he does not hesitate to refer you.I rate this doctor an A+
