I have the staff to be very concerned and helpful in the past year that I have been going here. Dr. Bashuk is one of the most caring doctors. He has numerous test on me and immediately has given the results. I went to him as he was higly recommended to me.

Dr. Bashuk is awful! He did not go into depth about my condition after a very serious diagnosis, he provided no information about any medication. Not to mention I am waiting on my prescription, which the office (his nurse) did not send! Oh did I mention that prescription was supposed to be sent in over a month ago. I have called them daily to follow up about my prescription either the phone does not work and gives a busy signal or they answer with no help at all. Do not go to this doctor or this office they don't care about your well being at all! I have asked for a referral for a different doctor and cannot believe the incompetence of this office.

I have been seeing Dr. Bashuk for 5 or more years. I have found his staff the most caring and concerned about me. The doctor is so caring, taking his time to explain in a simple way what is normally complicated. I have never found a doctor so patient and giving of himself. When he comes into the exam room I am made to feel I am the only person in his mind and his focus is entirely on me. I am a retired nurse and I know doctors good and bad. This one is superior.

I have had a very bad experience with this doctor and his staff, who are very rude. I spent 35 minutes in the waiting room after my appointment time and less than 5 minutes with the doctor as a new patient. He did not seem very interested in being there. The staff disrespectful and as helpful as the migraines I suffer from. One of them actually called me a liar when I told them I left a message for the doctor, who by the way never returns a call. This place is a nightmare and not somewhere you want to be when you're in pain.

I've found his staff to be very concerned as well as the Doctor. When I was diagnosed with TIA's I was very concerned. He was very caring and made very secure in the face that if anything happend I could call him.

This office is amazing but not in a good way. I took an MRI in 2008 to follow up on some issues I had had earlier... It is now Dec 6th and I call because I have found another neuroulogist and need the film, so I mention I hope nothing is really wrong since I never heard back from 08 about my film..His office said "you should have taken the MRI and made an appt to discuss the results!!! that is the way its done...." I said so even if there was something found you don't call? even though I think you should call no matter what..she said well if something was wrong yes but the process is to make another appt to discuss the results...unheard of ...so I guess you have to pay another fee to get your results!!! too...do not use this group if you can help it...I am going to drive to Atlanta/Buckhead for my new doctor....

Dr Bashuk is not the friendiest, but I am not sure if that is bad for him..but his follow up is absolutely the worse..I took a test back in 2008 and still dont have the results...but I guess if it were really really bad he would have contacted me...it was a routine test...and no issues but he recommended it...a new patient was in the office and told me she thought he was unfriendly and not talkative..i said yes that seess to be him. I have not been back to him though.

Dr. Bashuk is not very caring, he is rude, does not explain the outcome of procedures. When asked a question, he is very short in his reply, he is always in a hurry to see the next patient.. Dr Bashuk needs to understand that he needs to be a partner in a patient's health, not just to make money. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr Bashuk is a very smart and caring doctor. He doesn't small talk much because he is looking at you and making assessments on your condition. All actions are part of the exam. I know other patients of his and they are very happy also. If you want a very smart doctor who can help you find your problem, he is the one.
