What doctor keeps an 82-year-old woman in a small exam room for an hour and 10 minutes with no explanation. Very slow to help with referrals.

I started seeing Dr. O’Donnell after my primary retired of 30 years. Hard to start trusting someone else after that long. Dr. O’Donnell has been nothing but a great primary care physician. Follows up with me when I need it. Has always answered my questions honestly, and only dr I will see at U of M.
I am blessed to have her! Hope she’s there for a long time to come!
Thru the pandemic, she made sure I had tele visits, made sure my meds were phoned in, and all around was a good provider.

Failed to Diagnose My Daughtere Cancer she died 3 weeks after the hospital found it.

Dr. O'D is accessible, caring, professional, and willing to entertain questions and suggestions w/o feeling threatened by an informed patient. She has called us late into the night to inquire how we are, to follow up on daytime requests, and seems to be very invested in complete follow through. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a well rounded general practitioner. Her demeanor is gentle, quiet, thorough, and she is willing to disagree with supportive rationale. I'd rate her 5 out of 5.

Amazing! Not without her faults, but she has more than made up for one bad day with excellent care in the years since. Attentive, knowledgeable, but best of all--she will admit what she doesn't know, and actually make the effort to find out! Also willing to take the time to answer questions, even the silly ones, and educate the patient when necessary. Not afraid to try new treatment techniques when the old ones don't work. Has a very personable bedside manner, and is respectful even when she disagrees with a patient's choices. All in all, the best doctor one could hope for!
