Dr. Row is a nice man, his work is fine. His staff are TERRIBLE!!! I hate dealing with Dawn, his receptionist. It takes forever to hear back from them, and getting them on the phone? Good Luck. I am so glad we are almost done with this disaster of a clinic. Ughhhh!

I finally found out that Dr. Row has returned from his sabbatical in China. I have read a couple of bad reviews here but can't believe anyone actually said this. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He is an artist outside the office but believe he is one inside the office as well. Glad you are back.

I have tried calling this office to book a consultation and the admin staff aren't getting back to me at all!! THis is frustrating as he is the ONLY Ortho in the North!!! If I had a choice I wouldn't be calling his office ever again!!!

My kids and I have had orthodontic work done, in the span of about 8 years. He gave us absolutely no sales pressure, and throughout our treatments, he was always the most friendliest best doc around!! Now that he is moving to China, while I'm very happy for this opportunity which he will exceed in, as with all his other work and hobbies, it is a huge loss for us here in Winnipeg. Dr.Row was my orthodontist in the 90's. He moved my teeth too fast and now my eye tooth has died. It's grey. When my dentist wrote him a letter he told me that Dr.Row blasted him for even suggesting that it was his fault. It sound like some of these positive ratings perhaps could be from staff, some sound a little fishy to be the average patient??? Shop around!

I think Dr.Row is excellent! His staff is very nice nad helpful to answer any questions you may have. He takes the time to answer any concerns that you may have. The are caring to ensure that I experience little to no pain and if I do are considerate about it. I would recommend him to anyone! I have my braces on now and am suppose to have them on for 1&1/2 years. Everyone is very knowledgable there.

Dr. Rows office has always been helpful to me and always helped accomodate me. Having braces or other work is like anything else. You need to follow the instructions they give you. Perhaps some may not do what is necessary and then blame the orthodontist. I honestly have always been happy. They get me in and out as quick as possible which i personally prefer haha. As for being busy, the area in general is very busy, my dentist takes about 3 months wait for a cleaning!

I read some of the other comments about Dr. Row. Are they talking about the same man? My family and I were treated by Dr. Row over the last few years and he has been kind, informative and caring. I know for a fact that he donates and gives his time back to charities. For the last few years he has sponsered a row at the Goldeye games for kids and people who might not be able to afford to go. Dr. Row is a wonderful guy!!!
