Dr. Goss has been my Pulmonologist since 2009. I could never imaging going to anyone else. She is compassionate, kind, patient, and never makes me feel like I am "just a number". She had saved my life multiple times. Absolutely the best.

Would never t recommend. I waited two and a half... yes, two and a half hours for a rushed 10 min appointment, felt like the doctor did not care at all and was apply stereotypical treatments, without treating me as a person. They have very limited hours, between 11-2:30'only twice a week... really? What about working patients? All the test ordered were also available on a very limited schedule, midday, only 1-2 days a week, so I was not able to schedule them. I have to go to another doctor, who has normal,schedule , today be able to get tests day ne and follow up. This is a part time, 6 hrs a week practice, and it would have been common curtoasy from the office staff to inform the patient, not to say there is no availability. She works full time as a hospital doctor. Do not waste your time.

I know this doctor and her practice group (Hackensack Sleep & Pulmonary Center) for decades. I refer all my patients there because they always try to accommodate the patients, very pleasant, the best care and my patients are very happy when they come back. I have seen other consultants level of care or their bedside manner that is honestly not good. Her partner is also very caring and all my patients report that he spends time and explain the condition in a very simple way. They feel they learn about their health after the consultation.
theybwork very hard and I will continue referring my family and my patientsto this practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Goss for over two years and she has provided the most thorough care. She is very personable and knowledgable. She has explained everything to me and takes more than sufficient time with me. I am extremely grateful for her excellent medical care. Her office staff is also very good and kind to all patients.

Doctor is great. Wonderful demeanor. Listens and offers her opinions on plan of treatment. Staff however is something else. No one is ever on the same page. They are like kindergarten children looking for guidance. The best ones are no longer there Shame because the doctor is excellent. The never let you speak with her.

I was satisfied with Dr Goss's treatment, but the office policies are ridiculous. They expect you to make a follow up appointment months in advance. I had to cancel 2. One was because my kids were sick. I was told if I cancelled a 3rd appointment, I could be discharged from the office. Also, if I don't call back to confirm they will cancel my appointment. And I need exact change for the copay.

Whenever I get a test done, she does review it with me in the office at my next visit and will show me all the results and even give me a copy. Her office doesn't give results over the phone, that has always been their policy.

I went to this doctor but I will not go back. The staff is rude and nasty. I had test done but they wont give me results until I go see her. They won't tell me anything over the phone.
