I waited very long to see Dr. Passman; however, that was expected. What shocked me was how short of time he spent with me. Honestly, he was in the room to talk to me for less than 4 minutes. I felt so cheated. Please save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

I have never been to a more unprofessional, rude, judgmental & Mean Doctor Than Mr. Steven Passman. He never took the time to look a my skin rash, he started yelling at me at the top of his lungs!,(I'm a 47 year old homemaker)Telling me I caused my skin rash myself by picking at it, I had it before I picked on it because it itched and burned sorry for being Human! But I did not cause it!further more he didn't tell me what it was, Please Beware! this is a very unbalanced Doctor that shouldn't be working with the public!

My experiences with Dr. Passman have been very positive. He's always been helpful and knowledgable whenever I've had any issues and even manages to make me laugh! I also really like the fact that his commercials promote the use of over the counter, inexpensive brands that work just as well as the more expensive "designer" brands so you don't have to break the bank for the same effects. Thanks Doc! :)

I had a cyst on the side of by face that needed to be lanced. He had some type of student following him that day and kept gesturing towards me and rolling his eyes. I asked if he was going to numb the area and he just looked at me and said no the shot would hurt worse than the procedure then proceeded to dig into it with a lance. I remember three hard jabs in different directions. This happened in early 2009 and I was left with a bad scar on the side of my face. I would never consider returning.

I've taken my children to see Dr. Passman for years. While he is rather blunt, I have always found him to be quite helpful and I actually appreciate his honesty. He has always allowed me to explain why we are there and what my concerns are. I do make a point to not let him leave without answering any questions that I might have, while he may sometimes seem annoyed I don't really mind...after all my being there is the reason he is employeed. Overall I think he is a great doctor!

Dr. Passman was easily one of the rudest pricks I have ever met in my life. When you start an examine by saying "well I can tell you the first problem you have is that you are too fat. . ." From there the appointment went down hill. He left me in the care of his PA. After he left she apologized for how he acted. I would also recommend avoiding Dr. Martha Householder she is even more condescending and rude than Passman. I didn't think that was possible. Save your time and go to Moller Dermatology. Professional doctors, PAs, and staff.

Horrible. He spent little time with my son and before I knew it he said, see you in three months and walked out. I don't think so Doc. During our short visit, he was extremely rude, focused on symptoms we wasn't there for, and told me that my son's diet had nothing to do with his acne and eczema-although other drs and derms told me that milk causes these problems and dairy avoidance improves both of our symptoms. He said "There is no literature on that." Really? I've seen TONS of info. on the hormones in dairy. Maybe he hasn't seen it b/c it wasn't written on stone tablets. Left little time to actually treat and diagnose my son. Rude nurse as well. Didn't return my phone call when my son needed a different prescription either. I won't ever go back to this guy.

Been going to Steven Passman's office on and off for 4 years, never really had an appointment with just him, some other doctor. The one time I do talk to Steven Passman was over the phone because I called to find out why the nurse and my doctor didnt let me know what side effects I would be expecting from a medication that gives 89% of users some type of reaction. Long story short I needed to get a doctors note, Dr. Passman stated over the phone his nurses have treated thousands of patients and wouldn't leave out that information. I was trying to tell him that sometimes people forget it was done and over with but since the medicine had such severe side effects I had to miss work for two days I was going too need a doctors note. Dr. Passman replied "THATS IT!" I asked "what?" he replied "You are NO LONGER IN MY CARE, THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER." and hung up the phone! I still do not understand how this happened over me asking a question, but it did!VERY DISRESPECTFUL!&ALL AROUND CRAZY!
