I highly recommend Dr. Long. He is what you hope every medical would be like. He gives personal, great care. Go to him!

Dr Long uses a lot of high-tech equipment to show you videos of your mouth, etc and he comes up with a fairly exhaustive (and expensive) list of things that should be done. The procedures are done well, I believe, but I'm not sure how necessary they all are - it's hard to know as a layman!
