I love Dr. SWAYZE. She had always addressed my issues and takes good care of me. Who cares that you have to wait. It's the same everywhere.

I've been a patient of Dr. Swayze's for 17 years now. She became my doctor as a teenager and now I bring my children to her. She is very helpful and approachable. Whenever she hasn't known something she's always looked it up or referred me to a specialist. To all the "haters" out there - good luck on finding another doctor in Niagara who actually cares about her patients.

Well the arrogance of the Medical Profession is alive and well at this clinic. I arrived early for my 9am appointment. They start at 9! there were only 2 of us in the waiting room. More people came and soon everyone was gone except me. I was puzzled by this so I asked when my appointment was? 9 was the response and the staffer responded it's only 9:10!! All this time there was a doctor (I could see him, chatting away with one of the receptionists). I left at 9:15. Everyone knows that it will be another 15 min wait in the tiny room afterwards so a 9:00 am appt. is at best 9:30. I don't think it would have been fair to have my BP taken after that. I'm pretty much resigned to the fact that the first serious medical problem I get in the Niagara Area - I'm a dead man. So why waste time in various waiting rooms? I could not comment on "Knowledgeable" since I did not sit around to find out. However, in order too post this I selected 3 as a default.

FRONT DESK STAFF ARE NOT APPROACHABLE - THEY DO NOT GENERATE A FEELING THAT U WANT TO CALL IN AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - EVEN WHEN IT IS GENUINELY NEEDED - THE PRACTICE HAS LOST THE FAMILY FEEL AND IS NOW A BUSINESS - VERY VERY SAD - MISS SHEILA - THE STAFF NEED TO TAKE LESSONS :(

I miss Sheila. She was the BEST. I'm sure the new Dr's at the clinic have found out about her what we patients know. She genuinely CARES about my family and nows all my children by name. Give the best needle ever. Dr. Swayze is great,but since she moved she is late by at least 1-2 hours everytime we come in(which isn't often).

Dr. Sawyze is a great docter. She listens to your needs. Hard to get to see her latley since her new practice on Ontario St. The ladies at reception require lack in customer and are not firendly over the phone at all. Nevermind in person they dont even look at your face. Shelia is amazing she is very respectful.

Terrible docot...prescribed anti-depressants and increased dosage way too much....thats when she was not taking summers off

Great Doc, she has a background in sports med is why I went to see her, listens well, doesn't prescribe pills unless necessary. Very happy patient.
