Dr. Thielhelm is our ped, but we see Dr. Pelteson when she is gone. He is awful. Twice he has manhandled my infant to hysterics (the other doctors perform the same checks very nicely) and told me her rash was "dry skin." We ended up in the ER later that night for it, and it certaintly wasn't dry skin! He said her ear infection was gone. ER docs say it was definitely infected. Additionally, I asked him a question and he said "I'm just subbing here" and didn't answer. I forced my question on him again and he reluctantly answered. Don't waste your time with him. Dr. Thielhelm and her NP are amazing.

I agree with all the other reviews, the staff is very rude and the doctor isn't very helpful. Don't wast you time seeing him.

Very rude people at this pediatric office. Don't waste your time seeing a doctor you worthless, he was in our room for about 2 minutes then gave the wrong diagnosis that we later found out.

He was in and out very quickly barely taking time to check out my child then after a trip to the after hour clinic it turns out he didn't even diagnosed my daughter write. Don't wast your time on this "doctor"

The staff was on the rude side and then the doctor barely took the time to check my son. I will not see him again.
