Very unprofessional Dentist. I needed to find a new dentist because mine retired and I decided to give Dr. Harvey a try and my experience was not a good one. Starting with the rude staff at front desk. They make you stand at front desk for so long before acknowledging you. No smile, no “hi”. They just said “name?”

You can tell they pick up on Dr. Harvey’s attitude because he is the same way. He and the staff has no passion for dentistry or even customer service.

Awful dentist!!! Went to him once and I will never step foot in his office again. He is very rough, rude and arrogant. Staff there billed my insurance company wrong and that was a whole other thing had to deal with on top of my bad experience with “doctor” Harvey. When he is behind with seeing patients and is stressed, he really shows it.

My first visit awful experience with my teeth cleaning

Aweful experience starting at front desk. Dumb as a door nail. Then got into my cleaning. It was terrible. My gums would not stop bleeding Felt weak from the blood loss.
The dentist didn’t even bother to care to look.

Attended the office for first time. Very inefficient lack of knowledge at the front office. Dental appointment was worst appointment I ever experienced. Never will again or would recommend my family.

Over 2 weeks since appointment no coronavirus. Staff and Dr. are very cautious. No one in waiting room straight into dentist chair.
Nicole is always so pleasant. New hygienist, seemed to do a good job, no pain next day.
Dr Harvey always seems to spare no cost to guarantee a safe experience placing hepa filters in examination rooms and added ppe.

Just finished Invisalign with Dr Harvey and it was seriously so quick, 6 months and my teeth are perfect. Really wish I had done this a long time ago but couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Had plans to go out on the weekend but chipped a front tooth which looked terrible. Not only did Dr Harvey get me in the same day he fixed my tooth to where it looked even better than before!! I honestly can not believe how great it looks and was able to go out and not feel embarrassed. Seriously a life saver. Thank you dr Harvey!

Just went in to the new office dr Harvey moved in to and I am incredibly impressed. It is so beautiful and dr Harvey is just the best. Have referred quite a few family and friends to him
