Dr.Kim decided that being 10 minutes late means having to reschedule. What a joke when he’s never on time and waiting an hour is normal. What a disgrace. We’ll be looking for another more caring and compassionate doctor instead. Avoid at all costs.

This doctors office does not disinfect as they are lazy according to Doris. As of 3pm today, it hadn’t been done. This is unacceptable during this crisis! The hospital and doctors office are the two most dangerous places to attend and they don’t clean surfaces and door handles?!! Very irresponsible.

Dr. Kim is wonderful. I have been with him over 10 years and he is the primary physician for both my children and my husband. He is very patient, thorough and resourceful. I typically do not have trouble getting an appointment but you need to call first thing in the morning. He is very busy as he is popular and sometimes the wait is long. I like most of the staff but you need to be very clear and articulate when asking questions. I wish he was my OBGYN for both my babies but I do not live close enough to the hospital he has privileges at. He's absolutely brilliant and even ER staff at Trillium and CVH adore him. I'm not sure what previous comments are about, but they are quite obviously the same person. He does not put pressure on medication and will actually suggest alternatives upon request. He is knowledgeable in natural remedies and is happy to work with recommendations from my naturopath to best suit my needs. Lovely doctor, truly compassionate and enjoys his job.

We as a family have decided to find another doctor. I’ll refrain from explaining why as I want to remain kind and considerate. But in no way will we continue having him as our doctor.

He experiments on patients. HIs staff is over worked. Stay away, he seems nice but he is dangerous.

He is very kindly but knows little about healing. Some people refer to him as the candy man as he just keeps handing out drugs and more drugs with no idea of what he is doing. He is very computer literate so do not believe all the good ratings. He knows how to put them on to this system.

Terrible reception staff and because he is so good and actually spends time with you he is always significantly backed up-to-date expect at least an hour wait. But with that said, he is an amazing doctor!

Dr. Kim is a very good doctor, but trying to get to see him is a brutal experience. The reception staff seems heck bent on trying to prevent you from making any kind of appointment, and that's if they pick up when you call. This office needs a serious overhaul in how it's staff treats patients.
