Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Went in when my two-year-old daughter dislocated her elbow. Had virtually no bedside manner with a frightened toddler. He was very dismissive of my concerns that he hadn't actually fixed her arm and discharged us anyway. Because my daughter was obviously still in pain when we left, we ended up at an urgent care facility in Vermont the same day (we were traveling), who X-rayed her arm to rule out any breaks and actually corrected the dislocation on the first try. We'll never go back to MMH for emergency services if we can help it.
