Very good... no issues, informed and contacted HGH when more help was needed. Followed up promptly when was having problems. Very great, plus claiming experience with being his patient.

Our visit with Dr.Courtland was very informative. He is direct without being condescending and explains matters in a clear and concise and kind manner.
Staff at front desk were polite and efficient.

I don’t know if DrCortland is uninformed or if it’s just because of his disgracefully unorganized reception. Diagnosis and follow ups are not given because the staff do not call patients back or properly file patients reports after diagnostic tests. So you wait months for an appointment, and the dr had no idea he’s missed your diagnosis.
Disgraceful
If I could give zero stars I would. Embarrassing excuse for an office. Shameful.

Dr Courtland is very knowledgable, explained things very throughly. Receptionist very difficult to contact, I have left numerous messages with no response.

Very difficult to contact. Messages left often unanswered and often no answer at all when I called for an appointment. Very frustrating.

Wonderful doctor, but as others have noted, good luck getting a call back from front staff. I was several months late with a follow-up that I didn't know I had, because the office staff dropped the ball. Had a need to call again this week. Two voicemails left. NO call back.Great doctor, with poor support.

Dr Courtland is an excellent cardiologist - however getting through to him or to his office is next to impossible and is very frustrating that messages are left and calls go unreturned. The waiting time for your scheduled appointment is also very long - always! It really is too bad as he is a very caring man with an incredibly good "bedside manner".

Dr Courtland is very knowledgeable, how-ever - contacting him is nearly impossible. Phone calls are to a machine and rarely answered. Responses are better achieved by contact through the mail.
