It was the most terrible experience of my life. He is rude, unprofessional and even crazy. After his treatment, I had severe pain in this area. I called the office, I told everything and asked for appointment. Tsoucaris, who answered the phone, refused me, saying that he was leaving the office soon. He didn't give me any recommendations, he didn't send me to another doctor, nothing. The next day is their day off. My can’t stand it, I saw two other dentists the next day and was given AB and ibuprofen which did not help. I have a fever, pain in my ear, in my eyes. A week later I was finally able to get to Dr. Tsoucaris. When I began to tell him what was happening, I mentioned that a week ago I tried to make an appointment, but he did not accept me. This made him furious! He started YELLING at me and telling me to get out of the office, to go to another doctor. He brought me to tears. I asked why he was so rude to me? What if I have serious complications from his work? And only then did he quickly look into my mouth, he didn’t do an X-ray, he didn’t let me tell me about the pain. He just quickly prescribed me a couple of medications, one of which is the same antibiotic that I just finished taking and which didn’t help me! And running! He acted like crazy! How can he heal people? He himself needs help! I’ll never go back to him again. I still have a fever and pain. And I don't know what to do. I'm shocked!

I've been to this practice several times and the standard of care is excellent. I'm really grateful that I was referred to this doctor and would recommend him anytime to friends and family.

Please don't go to him. I've been to many dentists over the years but he was the WORST of them all. He will never answer your calls if something goes wrong and will never provide you with 3D scans and x-rays that you've paid for. And like one of the reviewer said, he didn't give me enough lidocaine so the pain was horrible. He is the most shady and nasty dentist I've met in my life!!! Find someone else- please!!

I had a great experience with Dr.Tsoucaris. I had to get a root canal done over and was recommended to this office. I have to say, I have zero tolerance for pain. Doc recommend that I have the nitro oxide (laughing gas) to elite my anxiety. I would like to say thank you to Sonja for a job well done assisting the doctor and talking me thru the entire procedure. I want to thank Brittany for her patience and being the voice for me to the doctor working out the dental bill. A job well done for the Doc and office staff..highly recommended,Thank you.

We had a terrible experience with this endodontist. My daughter had a root canal here. The biggest issue is that he missed the root and now it has to be redone. Her new dentist and endodontist cannot say enough bad things about how the root canal was done. We are considering a lawsuit. His bedside manner is awful. He said horrible things about my screaming child who was not properly anesticized during the procedure. He did not properly anesticize her and she was in clear pain and distress. He is always very late. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Run, don't walk.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! He is the absolute worst, and never explained to me anything. I was going for a root canal, and the next thing I knew he yanked my wisdom teeth out of my face. I was whimpering because jaws were aching, and he told me to stop whining! Meanwhile, he kept on laughing like an mental case and asking me stupid questions like are you having fun when sticking a surgical drill in my mouth. He's a total a** that's also clueless AF. He never gave me pain meds or antibiotics, so I wound up being hospitalized in the ER with a massive infection and the entire half side of my face swollen like a chipmunk. If you value your own health, sanity, and life, please please stay away from him as much as possible!!!!
