Very rude nurse. She is very unprofessional and needs to fix her attitude towards her patients. The only reason I went up there is because my family doctor was unavailable. She made very rude comments as to why my mother was there. Seems like she does not enjoy her profession. Very hostile attitude.

She is a horrible nurse. I visited her to get medical form for SCHOOL completed. She began asking me the most irrelevant question “what am I going to school for”. I am becoming teacher working with children. I like think I have some formal training on interpersonal relationships and communication. Anyways all vaccinations were completed and I had proof of each one. She told me I did not have my Tb read when I did and I attached the receipt from the physician who gave them to me. She didn’t like being corrected by someone half her age and ultimately walked out of the room and told me I was hostile so she is not filling the form. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this nurse practitioner.
