Hardy for a persistent wart that I have had for years and has been treated by several health professionals with no success. Shannon recommended that I try laser. I received the most thorough exam with lots of explanations which were very informative. Best of all she knew what my problem was and what needed to be done to get me pain-free again. I hurt my foot while running and had pain for several weeks which was not getting better despite my attempt of home therapy. I found this place online and was assigned to Shannon. the intake process was smooth with great people at the front desk, I didn't have to wait and then I had a series of tests and measurements taken by Mike. Shannon's very calm and thorough and knew exactly what my problem was and told my my options and then started treatment. I have been back several times for physiotherapy and am much improved to the point that I am running again, thank God! I recommend this place and Shannon.

I had been suffering from an ingrown toenail on my big toe which was only getting worse despite my home treatments. I found this clinic due to their great reviews but was sceptical that one clinic could have hundreds of 5 star reviews. I phoned and told them my situation and they squeezed me in on someones lunch who I found out was SHANNON HARDY. She immediately told me that I would need to have the dreaded surgery. I am a coward at heart but her gentle manner and calmness reassured me and much to my surprise the whole procedure was pain free. The surgery was explained in detail and was educated on how to cut my nails, footwear, etc. She even took time out of her busy schedule to call me to see how I was doing which was much appreciated. I must also comment that the rest of the staff are kind and friendly and I would recommend Shannon and this clinic to anyone who wants great foot care.

From the moment I walked into the door of the clinic to the personal phone call I got from her to follow-up with me the next day, everything was highly professional. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, she really spent time with me. I ended up getting custom made orthotics from her which solved my heel pain (that I had been having for 2 years).
