Never met Dr Jacob, only his PA Scott. Was referred away from the clinic and told they can’t help anyone with a BMI over 40. PA seemed condescending.

Staff is superb. Dr. Jacobs is very kind and went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable. He never seems rushed even though he is a very busy surgeon. I found that he had a kind disposition. Could not ask for a better experience.
