Dr. Chaloupka has always been amazing to me and my children. I first secured her as my family doctor 10 years ago after having my first child. Since then she has taken my other 2 children on and has always been very amazing to us. She had a nack for getting to the bottom of things and has helped me narrow down some mental health problems as well. I couldnt ask for a better family Dr.
