Dr Hartt is amazing! I will never let anyone but her touch my face! I have been going to her for about 12 years and was crushed when I called and found out she had left dermapure….. I was ready to never get botox or fillers again….. I searched and found her and omg I’m so glad I did. Her new office is beautiful and as usual, did a great job with my Botox. She has never pushed anything on me and is always very conservative which is the main reason I trust her. She isn’t there to take your money, she just wants you to look natural and feel good without being overdone. I recommend her to anyone I can….. my mom has gone to her and I’ve referred friends and honestly I hope she keeps practicing forever 🥰

On March 10, I received a Botox injection to my forehead from Dr. Marcia Hartt at External Affairs Spa in St. Albert, Edmonton. The following day, I developed ptosis (a drooping eyelid). I returned to see her for assistance, but she dismissed my concern and stated that one of my eyes was naturally smaller like that I didn’t intend to make this public, but I don’t want anyone else to go through the same negative experience I had. Five weeks after the treatment, I am still experiencing a drooping eyelid Marcia Hartt is a family physician (MD), not a dermatologist, and would benefit from further training and experience in dermatology—particularly in Botox and filler injections.

Dr. Hartt provides extremely professional services backed by many years of experience. I did a consult with her and she was able to determine exactly what I needed. I was nervous so we took a conservative approach but I can honestly say after 3-4 visits with her now, I am happier than I've ever been with my facial structure. Very grateful that I found someone as skilled, not to mention kind, as she is.
